Overview

NICE EnginFrame Advanced (UNIX/Linux) course is designed to give system administrators the knowledge required to implement and maintain EnginFrame in their working environment. They will receive all the information needed for installing, and setting up new services of the EnginFrame system. The workshops provide concrete experience with the installation, administration and customizing of EnginFrame. The system administrator will also learn helpful hints and tips, and develop significative troubleshooting skills.

Who Should Attend

The NICE EnginFrame Advanced (UNIX/Linux) course has been developed for system administrators and users who will implement EnginFrame and who will be responsible for managing the environment.

Pre-requisite

Attendees should be familiar with UNIX/Linux and have UNIX/Linux system administration experience.
